Start your day with a supplement? You might be staving off dementia, says new research*. When looking at older adults over a three-year period, scientists found that those who took a multivitamin every day had a larger improvement in memory compared with those on a placebo. It's believed this is due to multivitamins offering extra nutrition, such as choline and B vitamins, which are key for brain health.
