Just a few months ago, Judy Finnigan admitted she was feeling the winter blues, confessing that January was a ‘hellish month’ due to the pressure to embark on a health kick. She said, ‘We’re feeling guilty and anxious during the gloomiest month of the year.’
It’s not got any better – after watching the Princess of Wales’ recent video in which she revealed her cancer diagnosis, Judy admitted, ‘I had tears in my eyes.’ It seems her husband, Richard Madeley, is feeling down at the moment too, as he recently said, ‘Sometimes, we simply can’t have everything we want.’
So with the pair seeming more glum than usual – Judy has also recently admitted that ‘marriage is hard’ while Richard has branded her ‘pessimistic’ – are the couple having a tough time behind closed doors?
