I'm not one for REGRETS

What are you like first thing?

Annoyingly cheery. I get straight out of bed and into the day. It probably drives people a bit mad but I am full of energy.

What's your worst habit?

Sometimes I take my disposable contact lenses out and put them on my dressing table overnight and they turn into crispy little shards. I know it's disgusting.

If you're home alone, what do you do?

I will get into my pyjamas nice and early and watch Better Call Saul. I'll get a lovely curry, possibly from Dishoom because they deliver now, which is just incredible. A nice pea and paneer dish.

What makes you most happy?

Being by the sea with the kids and dogs. Camber Sands during October half-term is perfect because it's not that busy and we have plenty of room to run about.

What scares you most in life?

I'm not great with moths. For some reason, I really don't like them.

Do you have any regrets?

Not really, I'm not one for regrets. Apart from a couple of perms in my teenage years. But I think we all went there...

What is the best thing about ageing?
