Simple SELF HYPNOSIS for success

Believe you have lots to achieve, but not sure how to make your dreams a reality? Maybe you’ve always wanted to start a small business or move abroad, but just can’t make the leap? If you’re plodding along rather than reaching your true potential, hypnotist and author Paul McKenna may have the answers with his powerful mindset tricks that could set you on the path to a brighter future.

‘For change to happen in the outside world, it rst has to happen in your inside world – your mind,’ he explains. In his latest book, Success for Life, Paul shares his method for tapping into the key psychological states that can shift us into ‘the success zone’. Here’s a taster so you can try the techniques and start transforming your life. Surprisingly, it’s easier than you think.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

How confident are you day-to-day? If the answer's 'not very', it's time to change. Feeling capable and having faith in ourselves keeps us moving forward. In fact, Paul believes self-belief is the framework for our dreams - with it you can reach for the stars; without it you may find yourself trudging aimlessly through life.

'Two things that hold us back from achieving our true potential are false beliefs about our self-worth and also not thinking big enough when it comes to our hopes and dreams,' says Paul.

He explains that you can sabotage success by paying attention to limiting thoughts that are fixed in your unconscious mind. For example,

we might tell ourselves that we always make a mess of things when life does go well, or that we don't deserve success - beliefs that are often implanted from youth. Does this sound familiar? The good news is you can rewire your thinking.
