STICKY CHICKEN WINGS WITH ASIAN VEGETABLES

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 50 MINS

1 Preheat air fryer to 200°C.

2 In a large bowl, toss wings, onion powder and ginger with white pepper until evenly coated. Spray with oil.

3 Place half the wings in air fryer basket and cook 20-25 mins, turning halfway, or until chicken is cooked through. Repeat with remaining wings.

4 STICKY SAUCE Place all ingredients in a small saucepan on medium. Cook, stirring, 1-2 mins until hot.

5 In a large bowl, toss cooked wings: in sauce.

6 Serve wings with steamed vegies and rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion (optional).
