CHICKEN MEATBALL & PITA SALAD

SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut bread into wedges. Arrange on an oven tray, spray with oil, season. Bake 10 mins until golden.

2 Meanwhile, squeeze sausages from casings, roll meat into balls. In a large frying pan heat oil on medium. Cook meatballs, turning 6-7 mins until cooked through. Remove from frying pan.

3 In a large bowl, combine cooked sausages with toasted bread, red onion, cucumber and oranges. Drizzle with combined juice and olive oil. Sprinkle with feta, za'atar and zest.
