The inspirational young woman with the biggest heart in the world opens up about the brave measures she's taking to ensure she will be able to walk down the aisle and marry her "amazing fiance" Sophie Delezio, 22, has spent the past seven weeks slowly recovering from major and complicated surgery on her "dodgy" left knee so that she can fulfil her dream to marry fiance Joseph Salerno, 23.
Wearing a green knit beanie, white jumper and her beautiful platinum and diamond engagement ring, Sophie beamed with excitement and joy despite being temporarily in a wheelchair as she shared her news.
"Thank you so much for all the love and support you guys have sent me over the past few days. It has been really beautiful to read all your lovely messages and it really does help in the recovery process," an upbeat Sophie said in a video she posted on Instagram.
"I injured myself way too many times while travelling last year and it finally caught up with me.
