Stir-fried mushrooms
Stir-fried broccoli
Grated Parmesan or Feta cheese 150 gms
Cucumber (peeled and cut into circles) - 1
Beetroot (boiled and peeled and cut into circles) - 1
Basil leaves
For the spices:
Chilly flakes
Salt and pepper
Roasted sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Rock salt (powdered) - 3 pinches
