Door u te registreren op de website of de applicatie te downloaden, stemt u ermee in dat de bepalingen vermeld in deze sectie van toepassing zijn op alle gebruik van en inhoud op de website en de applicatie.

Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke of geautoriseerde toestemming van Magzter, mag je de inhoud verkregen van Magzter niet wijzigen, kopiëren, distribueren of verkopen aangezien alles wat hier gepubliceerd wordt het eigendom is van Magzter of haar licentiegevers. Wij verlenen u geen licenties, expliciet of impliciet, op het intellectuele eigendom van Magzter of Magzter's licentiegevers.

5. U erkent uitdrukkelijk dat Magzter.com niet aansprakelijk is voor enige vorm van lasterlijk of aanstootgevend of illegaal gedrag van andere gebruikers of derden of hun inhoud en dat het risico van letsel door het voorgaande volledig bij u ligt.
