The second most important space for humans are commercial or office spaces, after residential spaces. Like residences, it is important to design Commercial Spaces thoughtfully since these are a reflection of the organization to its visitors as well as the importance it gives to its employees by ensuring their comfort. This June 2019 issue of INSITE focuses on Commercial Spaces and gives a look into wonderfully designed commercial spaces. Designing residential projects is one of the most challenging and complex task for interior designers. Unlike any other space, a house or a residence is used on a very personal level by various individuals who might be having different preferences and may span across various generations. Therefore INSITE decided to focus the May issue on residential spaces and display a range of such projects. Institutional Spaces are essentially meant to inspire and aspire people to contribute towards their societal responsibility, be it school, training centre, library or a community centre. That’s the reason, designing these spaces involves multiple considerations from the stakeholder’s perspective. From universities and institutes to galleries and centres, a variety of projects fall under this category of design. Keeping in mind the innumerable users of an institutional space, architects and designers need to consider the requirements of all users to make the space functional, aesthetic and resource-friendly and of course, user-friendly! This issue covers a lead story by Ar. The design for special needs issue of insite throws light on a handful of professionals and their efforts towards inclusivity in a plurality of spaces.The lead story features Conrad Gonsalves discussing the various psychological and physical aspects of designing smart senior spaces. Gamlin, IAS, Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India; shares the initiatives, challenges and roadmap of the Department. The August issue of Insite "Musing on Museums" features myriad museums from across the country- old, new, bizarre, extraordinary in the INSITE story. In the lead story, Dr. Shailendra Mehta reminisces about his early days and his fascination with museums. The June issue of insite gives an insight into the journey and the winners of the IIID Design Excellence Awards. Tanjua B. K in the lead story explains the nine months of exhaustive planning and process of IIID Design Excellence Awards. This is followed by the winners who have received awards in various categories. The article 'Vaanar Sena in Sri Lanka' by Niraj shah describes the journey of the IIID fraternity in Sri Lanka during the award ceremony. The sketches done by Pratyush Shankar during the Sri Lanka visit are featured in this issue as well. It also features the IIID Fellow members: Architect Hari Agashe and Architect Dulal Mukherjee. Riyaz Tyabji writes about Balkrishna V.Doshi as the storyteller of his architectural generation in his article,'The story and the storyteller'.

The February issue of Insite steps outside of the usual architectural structures and spaces, to throw light on the ever-expanding field of Exhibition Design. It features projects that, though temporary in existence, have left a permanent mark on the way exhibitions can be explored, created and designed.It features ‘Does Permanence Matter’ by Rahul Mehrotra and Felipe Vera,Gateway of India Projections and the Pathfinder's Exhibition by Sourabh Gupta and Siddharth Bathala of Design Factory,the Shell Mycelium by Asif Rahman and Giombattista Areddia, the Make in India pavillion by Akshat Bhatt,works by Ruchita Madhok and Aditya Palsule of Kahani Designworks and the India Pavilion by Binu Nanu. The January issue of Insite features a wide variety of furniture design practices that have left an impact on a space through their explorations. INSITE is India's first B2B design magazine with a primary focus on the profession of interior designing and architecture and it also focuses on the eternal factor of design. INSITE is the official magazine of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID).

ZONDER HET VOORGAANDE TE BEPERKEN, GEEFT NOCH MAGZTER NOCH HAAR GELIEERDE ONDERNEMINGEN, LEVERANCIERS, LICENTIEGEVERS OF AGENTEN ENIGE GARANTIE DAT (I) DE SERVICE AAN UW VEREISTEN ZAL VOLDOEN, (II) DE SERVICE ONONDERBROKEN, TIJDIG, VEILIG OF VRIJ VAN FOUTEN ZAL ZIJN, (III) DE INFORMATIE DIE KAN WORDEN VERKREGEN UIT HET GEBRUIK VAN DE SERVICE OF DIE KAN WORDEN OPGENOMEN IN DE PUBLICATIES NAUWKEURIG OF BETROUWBAAR ZAL ZIJN, OF (IV) DE KWALITEIT VAN DE PUBLICATIES OF DE SERVICE AAN UW VERWACHTINGEN ZAL VOLDOEN. U BENT ZELF VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR HET VERKRIJGEN EN ONDERHOUDEN VAN EEN BETROUWBARE INTERNETVERBINDING EN UW APPARAAT. MAGZTER IS NIET VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR UW ONVERMOGEN OM INHOUD TE DOWNLOADEN. ELK MATERIAAL DAT U DOWNLOADT OF OP EEN ANDERE MANIER VERKRIJGT DOOR HET GEBRUIK VAN DE SERVICE GEBEURT NAAR EIGEN GOEDDUNKEN EN OP EIGEN RISICO EN U BENT ALS ENIGE VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR EVENTUELE SCHADE AAN UW COMPUTERSYSTEEM OF MOBIELE APPARAAT OF VERLIES VAN GEGEVENS DIE VOORTVLOEIT UIT HET DOWNLOADEN VAN DERGELIJK MATERIAAL. GEEN ENKEL ADVIES OF INFORMATIE, MONDELING OF SCHRIFTELIJK, DOOR U VERKREGEN VAN MAGZTER OF VIA OF VAN DE SERVICE CREËERT ENIGE GARANTIE.

2. U zult deze informatie onderhouden en onmiddellijk bijwerken om deze waarheidsgetrouw, nauwkeurig, actueel en volledig te houden. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw account en wachtwoord en voor het beperken van de toegang tot uw computer, en u gaat ermee akkoord de verantwoordelijkheid te aanvaarden voor alle activiteiten die plaatsvinden onder uw account, inclusief de selectie en het gebruik van alle content en diensten.

2.Je zult deze informatie onderhouden en onmiddellijk bijwerken zodat deze waarheidsgetrouw, nauwkeurig, actueel en volledig blijft. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw account en wachtwoord en voor het beperken van de toegang tot uw computer, en u gaat ermee akkoord de verantwoordelijkheid te aanvaarden voor alle activiteiten die plaatsvinden onder uw account, inclusief de selectie en het gebruik van alle content en services.

3. In geen geval zal Magzter.com of een persoon of entiteit of derde partij die betrokken is bij de creatie, productie en distributie van de inhoud op de website en de applicatie contractueel of wettelijk aansprakelijk zijn voor enige schade, inclusief en niet beperkt tot, directe, indirecte, incidentele, speciale en gevolgschade die u oploopt tijdens of bij het gebruik van Magzter.com. Door u te registreren op de website of de applicatie te downloaden, stemt u ermee in dat de bepalingen vermeld in deze sectie van toepassing zijn op alle gebruik van en inhoud op de website en de applicatie.

3. Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke of geautoriseerde toestemming van Magzter, mag je de inhoud verkregen van Magzter niet wijzigen, kopiëren, distribueren of verkopen aangezien alles wat hier gepubliceerd wordt het eigendom is van Magzter of haar licentiegevers. Aangezien dergelijk ongeoorloofd gebruik ook in strijd kan zijn met toepasselijke wetgeving, waaronder auteursrechten en handelsmerkwetten, verbiedt Magzter deze ten strengste en zal Magzter uw toegang en account beëindigen als dergelijke illegale activiteiten worden bewezen of gedetecteerd. U bent ook aansprakelijk voor de schade veroorzaakt door deze ongeoorloofde activiteiten. Behoudens voor zover toegestaan door de rechtmatige eigenaar van de publicatie, erkent u dat u geen eigendomsrechten verwerft door het downloaden van publicaties waartoe toegang is verkregen via de Service. Tenzij uitdrukkelijk vereist onder de auteurswet of toegestaan door de kenmerken van de Dienst mag u de inhoud van de App, de Publicaties of enig deel daarvan niet wijzigen, reverse engineeren, publiceren, verzenden, weergeven, deelnemen aan de overdracht of verkoop, er afgeleide werken van maken of op enigerlei wijze commercieel exploiteren of verstrekken aan een derde partij zonder de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van Magzter en de eigenaar van die inhoud. Wij verlenen u geen licenties, expliciet of impliciet, op het intellectuele eigendom van Magzter of Magzter's licentiegevers.

5. U erkent uitdrukkelijk dat Magzter.com niet aansprakelijk is voor enige vorm van lasterlijk of aanstootgevend of illegaal gedrag van andere gebruikers of derden of hun inhoud en dat het risico van letsel door het voorgaande volledig bij u ligt.

8. Magzter behoudt zich alle rechten voor om de door u gepubliceerde en ingevoerde inhoud te controleren om te bepalen of u voldoet aan deze algemene voorwaarden en andere door Magzter vastgestelde gebruiksregels. Magzter heeft het recht om beslissingen te nemen over de inhoud en deze naar eigen goeddunken te verwijderen.

9. Magzter is een distributeur en GEEN uitgever van de Publicaties en dus heeft Magzter geen redactionele controle over de inhoud, inclusief meningen, advies, verklaringen, diensten, aanbiedingen etc., die wordt weergegeven in de tijdschriften. Dus Magzter neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor de nauwkeurigheid of de betrouwbaarheid voor enige informatie of feiten die daarin worden verstrekt of die beschikbaar worden gesteld via de service, door iemand anders dan geautoriseerde Magzter werknemers die handelen in hun officiële hoedanigheid. Dienovereenkomstig hebben wij geen redactionele controle over de Publicaties. Alle meningen, adviezen, verklaringen, diensten, aanbiedingen of andere informatie of inhoud uitgedrukt of beschikbaar gemaakt door derden, inclusief die in Publicaties aangeboden door de Dienst, zijn die van de respectievelijke auteur(s) of uitgever(s) en niet van Magzter. Voor Magzter was hij President van Dot Com Infoway (DCI) en Galatta Media. Zijn taken omvatten strategische marketing, het ontwikkelen van partnerschappen en het wereldwijd te gelde maken van content. DCI groeide van een klein team van 3 in 2000 naar 300 in 2011 en hield zich bezig met web, software en app ontwikkeling voor klanten wereldwijd.

De DMCA staat ons toe om de verwijderde inhoud te herstellen als de partij die de oorspronkelijke DMCA kennisgeving heeft ingediend niet binnen tien werkdagen na ontvangst van de kopie van uw tegenbericht een rechtszaak tegen u aanspant.

Dit Beleid dekt de behandeling door het Bedrijf van persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie (“Persoonlijke Informatie”) en andere informatie over u en uw computer of apparaat die het Bedrijf verzamelt wanneer u toegang krijgt tot de Service.
