De DMCA staat ons toe om de verwijderde inhoud te herstellen als de partij die de oorspronkelijke DMCA kennisgeving heeft ingediend niet binnen tien werkdagen na ontvangst van de kopie van uw tegenbericht een rechtszaak tegen u aanspant.

We hebben een klachtenfunctionaris aangesteld om klachten over aanstootgevende inhoud te behandelen.

We verzoeken je om klachten over verwerpelijke inhoud per e-mail naar de klachtenfunctionaris te sturen op het hierboven vermelde e-mailadres. We verzoeken u ook om de volgende gegevens te verstrekken wanneer u een klacht indient:

Als u uw accountgegevens van derden aan ons verstrekt, begrijpt u dat bepaalde inhoud en / of informatie in die accounts (''Accountgegevens van derden'') kan worden verzonden naar uw account bij ons als u toestemming geeft voor dergelijke overdrachten, en dat Accountgegevens van derden die naar de service worden verzonden onder dit beleid vallen.
