The year 2023 certainly has not been an easy year by any means for the industry, but there was plenty of brightness if you knew where to look. Door u te registreren op de website of de applicatie te downloaden, stemt u ermee in dat de bepalingen vermeld in deze sectie van toepassing zijn op alle gebruik van en inhoud op de website en de applicatie.

3. Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke of geautoriseerde toestemming van Magzter, mag je de inhoud verkregen van Magzter niet wijzigen, kopiëren, distribueren of verkopen aangezien alles wat hier gepubliceerd wordt het eigendom is van Magzter of haar licentiegevers. Aangezien dergelijk ongeoorloofd gebruik ook in strijd kan zijn met toepasselijke wetgeving, waaronder auteursrechten en handelsmerkwetten, verbiedt Magzter deze ten strengste en zal Magzter uw toegang en account beëindigen als dergelijke illegale activiteiten worden bewezen of gedetecteerd. Wij verlenen u geen licenties, expliciet of impliciet, op het intellectuele eigendom van Magzter of Magzter's licentiegevers.

5. U erkent uitdrukkelijk dat Magzter.com niet aansprakelijk is voor enige vorm van lasterlijk of aanstootgevend of illegaal gedrag van andere gebruikers of derden of hun inhoud en dat het risico van letsel door het voorgaande volledig bij u ligt.

Magzter behoudt zich alle rechten voor om de door u gepubliceerde en ingevoerde inhoud te controleren om te bepalen of u voldoet aan deze algemene voorwaarden en andere door Magzter vastgestelde gebruiksregels. Dus Magzter neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor de nauwkeurigheid of de betrouwbaarheid voor enige informatie of feiten die daarin worden verstrekt of die beschikbaar worden gesteld via de service, door iemand anders dan geautoriseerde Magzter werknemers die handelen in hun officiële hoedanigheid.
