The month of September heralds the festive season for people across the country. 
The month also feels like the month of transition, seasonally and emotionally. That’s why we are also thrilled to have an actor – one who is never afraid of changing the game – on our cover. We have the lovely, extraordinarily talented Vidya Balan who lets us in on how she navigates her career.

2. U zult deze informatie onderhouden en onmiddellijk bijwerken om deze waarheidsgetrouw, nauwkeurig, actueel en volledig te houden. In geen geval zal Magzter.com of een persoon of entiteit of derde partij die betrokken is bij de creatie, productie en distributie van de inhoud op de website en de applicatie contractueel of wettelijk aansprakelijk zijn voor enige schade, inclusief en niet beperkt tot, directe, indirecte, incidentele, speciale en gevolgschade die u oploopt tijdens of bij het gebruik van Magzter.com. Door u te registreren op de website of de applicatie te downloaden, stemt u ermee in dat de bepalingen vermeld in deze sectie van toepassing zijn op alle gebruik van en inhoud op de website en de applicatie.

3. Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke of geautoriseerde toestemming van Magzter, mag je de inhoud verkregen van Magzter niet wijzigen, kopiëren, distribueren of verkopen aangezien alles wat hier gepubliceerd wordt het eigendom is van Magzter of haar licentiegevers. Aangezien dergelijk ongeoorloofd gebruik ook in strijd kan zijn met toepasselijke wetgeving, waaronder auteursrechten en handelsmerkwetten, verbiedt Magzter deze ten strengste en zal Magzter uw toegang en account beëindigen als dergelijke illegale activiteiten worden bewezen of gedetecteerd. U bent ook aansprakelijk voor de schade veroorzaakt door deze ongeoorloofde activiteiten. Behoudens voor zover toegestaan door de rechtmatige eigenaar van de publicatie, erkent u dat u geen eigendomsrechten verwerft door het downloaden van publicaties waartoe toegang is verkregen via de Service. Tenzij uitdrukkelijk vereist onder de auteurswet of toegestaan door de kenmerken van de Dienst mag u de inhoud van de App, de Publicaties of enig deel daarvan niet wijzigen, reverse engineeren, publiceren, verzenden, weergeven, deelnemen aan de overdracht of verkoop, er afgeleide werken van maken of op enigerlei wijze commercieel exploiteren of verstrekken aan een derde partij zonder de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van Magzter en de eigenaar van die inhoud. Wij verlenen u geen licenties, expliciet of impliciet, op het intellectuele eigendom van Magzter of Magzter's licentiegevers.

5. U erkent uitdrukkelijk dat Magzter.com niet aansprakelijk is voor enige vorm van lasterlijk of aanstootgevend of illegaal gedrag van andere gebruikers of derden of hun inhoud en dat het risico van letsel door het voorgaande volledig bij u ligt.

8. Magzter behoudt zich alle rechten voor om de door u gepubliceerde en ingevoerde inhoud te controleren om te bepalen of u voldoet aan deze algemene voorwaarden en andere door Magzter vastgestelde gebruiksregels. Magzter heeft het recht om beslissingen te nemen over de inhoud en deze naar eigen goeddunken te verwijderen.

9. Magzter is een distributeur en GEEN uitgever van de Publicaties en dus heeft Magzter geen redactionele controle over de inhoud, inclusief meningen, advies, verklaringen, diensten, aanbiedingen etc., die wordt weergegeven in de tijdschriften. Dus Magzter neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor de nauwkeurigheid of de betrouwbaarheid voor enige informatie of feiten die daarin worden verstrekt of die beschikbaar worden gesteld via de service, door iemand anders dan geautoriseerde Magzter werknemers die handelen in hun officiële hoedanigheid. Voor Magzter was hij President van Dot Com Infoway (DCI) en Galatta Media. Zijn taken omvatten strategische marketing, het ontwikkelen van partnerschappen en het wereldwijd te gelde maken van content. De DMCA staat ons toe om de verwijderde inhoud te herstellen als de partij die de oorspronkelijke DMCA kennisgeving heeft ingediend niet binnen tien werkdagen na ontvangst van de kopie van uw tegenbericht een rechtszaak tegen u aanspant.
