Tenzij uitdrukkelijk vereist onder de auteurswet of toegestaan door de kenmerken van de Dienst mag u de inhoud van de App, de Publicaties of enig deel daarvan niet wijzigen, reverse engineeren, publiceren, verzenden, weergeven, deelnemen aan de overdracht of verkoop, er afgeleide werken van maken of op enigerlei wijze commercieel exploiteren of verstrekken aan een derde partij zonder de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van Magzter en de eigenaar van die inhoud. Wij verlenen u geen licenties, expliciet of impliciet, op het intellectuele eigendom van Magzter of Magzter's licentiegevers.

5. U erkent uitdrukkelijk dat Magzter.com niet aansprakelijk is voor enige vorm van lasterlijk of aanstootgevend of illegaal gedrag van andere gebruikers of derden of hun inhoud en dat het risico van letsel door het voorgaande volledig bij u ligt.
