How Development Projects Will Be Introduced To Markets In The Future!

The Ellinikon Experience Centre in Athens, Greece provides an ample introduction to The Ellinikon, an urban development under construction on the former site of the Ellinikon (Hellenikon) International Airport.

The facility itself is inviting for its concept, content, and comprehensiveness: with five thematic zones and over 22 exhibits, it narrates the history of Ellinikon and its imminent transformation into an urban hub through a combination of VR and AR, creating an immersive environment as well as an augmented real-world situation.

The Centre also encompasses “the largest maquette model ever created in Greece, a botanical library, the night garden dome, interactive bicycle rides, and an assortment of other innovative exhibits”, according to the official communique.

Ultimately, it adds to the enlarging new methods of introducing a development plan, one that is tech-driven and deeply immersive. The Ellinikon is yet to be, but there’s no stopping the developers from letting visitors experience the ‘real deal’ right now.

Does the Centre generate an income?

The Ellinikon Experience Centre itself is a tool for learning more about The Ellinikon development as a whole and what its offerings, features, attractions, and other assets will create.

As income generation pertains to The Ellinikon itself, however, the development will create (among others):

• the largest retail district in European history, presenting a lucrative entry into Greece and/ or Europe for prospective retailers;

• a new consumer approach to the modern retail experience for both high-end and midrange price points through dynamic indoor-outdoor settings with mobility at the heart of its design and custom transportation;
