The idea behind this project is to promote art and culture. A centre to teach, inspire and uplift the local community. Surrounded by our beautiful and tranquil rural environment, it is also intended to be self-sustainable by growing produce in the gardens and hosting various markets in the future. I am looking forward to completing the project in 2020.&rdquo;Keith&rsquo;s artistic talent was recognised at age six when he began drawing charts to decorate his Primary School classroom. Not afraid of hard work, he is the first to put on his painting clothes to beautify the school grounds with his unique trademark art. The kids adore him. Recently the entire school gathered to sing him &ldquo;happy birthday&rdquo;.A dedicated artist, his day starts at around 4 am. &ldquo;I am an early riser! From 4 am I exercise and then from 5 am I start painting. Sometimes I get totally engrossed in my work and forget to eat. Despite commercial pressure, Keith keeps drawing inspiration from and stays true to, his cultural and rural roots, which he depicts so delightfully in his art. &ldquo;During 2018, I had my first successful solo exhibition in Johannesburg. I don&rsquo;t limit my imagination and am always ready to try new ideas and techniques. I support and reflect rural African life in many of my paintings, as this lies close to my heart.
