Legendary Us Customiser Gene Winfield Topped a Stellar Bill at This Year’s Hot Rod & Custom Auto Expo
A BEVY of distinguished international guests, along with a great atmosphere and 168 kick-arse hot rods and street machines made the 2017 Hot Rod & Custom Auto Expo at Rosehill Racecourse a beaut way to spend the Mothers’ Day weekend.
Jimmy Shine, Charley Hutton, Tom Kelly, Sabina Kelley and legendary car crafter Gene Winfield were all front and centre to meet and greet fans, sign autographs and perform demonstrations. Indeed, Sydney sider Dave Pagano was lucky enough to have Winfield perform one of his world-famous roof chops on his ’54 Chevy coupe on the Melomotive trade stand.
