When the Mahindra XUV400 debuted in September 2022, we got a first taste of it at the Mahindra Research Valley test track. But a test track can only offer so much. So now, we’ve managed to sample Mahindra’s first electric SUV in the real world. Since then, the mass market EV segment has intensified. So does it still impress as an eSUV? Let’s find out.
It looks similar to the XUV300 but is 205mm longer than its ICE cousin. The more visible changes are the closed-off front grille, arrowhead inserts and tweaked to tail lamp housing. Copper accents all over do add a nice bit of contrast to the Napoli Black shade and helps it look eye-catching, especially to the younger crowd.
