Eurosatory is Europe’s, and possibly the world’s, largest international land-based equipment defence exhibition. Held biannually just outside Paris, France, last year’s show attracted 57,018 professional visitors (Eurosatory is not open to the public) from 151 countries, those figures including 212 official delegations from 96 countries. Shaun Connors was one of 1241 journalists who joined the melee. Here’s some of the best of what he saw…

Mercedes’ Zetros 3643AS entered production mid-2015. Body panels aside, the Zetros (which is available commercially) consists almost entirely of Actros components. Optimised for hot climate operations, the Zetros 3643AS is fitted with 1600R20 Michelin XZL (front) and 24R20.5 Michelin XZ (rear) tyres.
