Been there, seen that, taken photographs of it and written about it. I remember when I saw my first shower fitted in a Transporter and I thought that was really cool. These days I barely raise an eyebrow at a shower; it takes a lot to impress me. But in 2020 the modification bar has been raised considerably higher—literally—with an electric bed, that can be raised and lowered at the touch of a button. Very cool. Although this innovative idea has already been seen in the mega motorhome world, it’s the first I’d come across, and this is its first appearance in VW Bus, and therefore probably in the UK VW scene.
