Sisters In Arms
BEAUTIFUL is an understatement when it comes to the Kaif sisters. Presenting a united front of sisterly love, affection, and strength, while Katrina continues to make bold choices in movies, we catch up with her on life and more. The real surprise is her younger sister, Isabelle Kaif, the newcomer with dreams in her eyes and a keen mind to absorb the creativity surrounding her. For Isabelle is no next-door girl, she has Katrina for her sister, the big sister who has come a long way from her initial days in Bollywood, be it her dancing to chartbusters or her pulling off action stunts in Tiger Zinda Hai. Here, the super sisters break down many aspects of their lives and careers in an engaging chat with BRIDES TODAY, even as we catch up with master couturier Tarun Tahiliani— the man behind the dreamy, sensational clothes of both the cover stars. KATRINA SPEAKS

TELL US ABOUT YOUR CONNECTION WITH TARUN TAHILIANI AND WHY YOU SHARE SUCH A SPECIAL BOND WITH HIM?

Tarun was the person with whom I did my first shoots before I entered the industry. I shot with him after I made my debut as well. He is such a sweet and humble human being and he has helped me in every step of the way with my journey spanning 15 years… Longer? (laughs). He has such a beautiful eye for detail and that is what makes his clothes magical. The intricacy of his work is so special and delicate and I am so very glad that he is here with me on my first shoot with Isabelle. I am also thankful to this exceptional team I have with me here who made sure this day was possible. The shoot today was everything that a shoot should be. Easy, fun and fantastic.
