What are the current mega consultancy initiatives that HSCC has undertaken? Current projects in pipeline?
The current mega Consultancy initiatives undertaken by HSCC relate to diversifying and expanding the operations such as Building Engineering & Maintenance Services as also to provide consultancy services widening the Company’s client–base. Moreover, in addition from rendering purely the consultancy services, it has now become an executing agency of projects thus becoming a single source for clients from concept to commissioning. The major projects currently in the pipeline include:
•Speciality hospitals for ESIC
•PMSSY projects at 19 different locations
•Speciality Hospital in Mauritius
•3 new AIIMS (at Guntur, Kalyani & Nagpur)
•Single Super-specialty hospitals like National Cardiovascular Institute (NCVI), National Cancer Institute (NCI).
Your net profit achieved a big jump in the latest fiscal, what do you attribute the performance to?
The Company’s performance during the fiscal can largely be attributed to:
•Business development efforts put in as the Company was able to secure highest ever work in its services spectrum; some of these, against open-bidding;
•Sustained up-gradation of technology inputs in line with world standards
•Confidence reposed by its various clients;
•Company’s client-centric operations and building-up of client-consultant relationship, ensuring greater client satisfaction.
•Delivery of quality services within the stipulated costs & time-frame;
•Sincere & committed efforts put in by the company employees at all levels, strong support & guidance of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
