How the journey unfolded
Amit Shah, CEO, Mitatronics, reminisces about how the company started, saying, “In the past decade, Mitatronics has grown from a bootstrapped prototype shop to an established electronics manufacturing services organisation. Since inception, Mitatronics has always focused on instilling a principal-partner relationship with the OEMs, rather than a customer-vendor relationship.” The company has focused on rising up the value chain for principals and aligning with them to support their growth.
Shah says, “It is this mindset that has always helped us foster a strong bond with our principals and motivated us to keep reinvesting in our infrastructure and team. Our continued focus on the resources to utilisation ratio and the100 per cent contract manufacturing philosophy has helped us establish ourselves as a credible EMS organisation in India.”
