Please share a little introduction about yourself and your company in 100-150 words
After quitting my corporate job, I joined Orion Entertainment, a well-known hospitality consultancy and worked on restaurants like 145 and The St Regis Hotel to name a couple. Heading the marketing and events department, I gained enough experience in the F&B space and founded ‘all heart’, a health food brand aimed at providing absolutely anyone with innovative, healthy snacks at an affordable price.
The idea to start a healthy snack brand was sown way back when I worked at iBall and all that was available to eat between meals with the canteen food like vada – pav and chips. All the other healthy food available was either too tasteless or expensive to eat on an everyday basis. I realized there was a huge gap in the market for affordable healthy but full of flavor food/snacks. That’s when all heart was born.
How did you conceptualize and how in a world of fattening and fried foods did you come up with the idea of healthy snacking?
After completing my graduation, my family always wanted me to get a secure job that paid decently well. I was never inclined towards sales but I worked at iBall for 3 years and gained enough experience in the corporate field. But ever since I could remember, I always wanted to set up my own cafe but it never worked out logistically. When I worked at iBall, the only options available in the canteen were unhealthy, fried snacks. Healthy food out there was either not tasty enough or was too expensive and that made me realise there was a huge gap in the healthy food market and afternoon healthy snacking options were so limited. That’s when the idea of creating something in the healthy snack space came up and All Heart was born.
