Hence all food laws stipulate clearly the food safety requirements and owing to this concept it is first and most important task for us that customer should feel confident about food purchased by them. Believing that the food they purchase is perfectly safe and their expectations are fulfilled.
In general it is necessary to understand that “what actually Food Quality is ?” then only control measures can be applied. Food quality defines food should be hazard-free, can have some nutritional value, the sensory attributes can be perfectly assured. Governments all over the world are intensifying their efforts to improve food safety in response to growing consumer concerns as regards various food-related risks. To ensure food safety and quality, enterprises implements the systems which are helpful in a complex food production chain. Food producers in market are guided by those systems on how to make a safe product and by using this system control measures to assure good quality can be taken that is elimination of any possible hazard that may appear. The most common and obligatory systems are GMP/GHP Rules, and HACCP system.
Enterprises also implement quality assurance and Management system such as ISO 9000.
