If you sell for a living, then I want you to imagine being so confident and comfortable in your next sales conversation that you set aside your own needs, and completely focus on the prospect’s situation. Imagine that what you are concerned with, in this discussion, is getting to the truth of the matter. What is the ‘real’ problem the prospect has? How will you figure out if your product or service really is the best solution?
