Taneth Jiraswakedelok, CEO & co-founder of Divana, on maintaining lasting relevance within the Thai spa industry

Of its wide array of offerings, Divana’s hand cream is nearest to Taneth Jiraswakedelok’s heart. Something of a cult product, its top-notch ingredients ensure richness and easy absorption without stickiness to soften cuticles and strengthen nails. But more than being free from parabens, silicone and mineral oils, it holds sentimental value for the brand’s CEO and cofounder.

Jiraswakedelok explains, “Divana hand cream was the first item introduced to the public 16 years ago, originally as a complimentary gift for walk-in guests who didn’t have a chance to experience our services because we were fully booked at the time, yet didn’t want to disappoint them. At least we could provide an impressive part of the Divana experience the moment they first stepped in.”
