Art Deco By The Sea is a major new exhibition at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts. It explores how Art Deco architecture and style shaped the modern seaside during the 1920s and 30s, through paintings, posters, brochures, photographs, fashion, furniture, ceramics and textiles. scva.ac.uk

The traditional spring and autumn UEA literary festivals is taking a break for 2020, with a special event planned for later in the year to celebrate 50 years of its pioneering creative writing programme.
