Furious Queen Elizabeth permanently banned Prince Harry’s wife from setting foot on British soil after Meghan blindsided the royals with another vicious attack, palace sources say.

The 94-year-old monarch’s ban came after the former actress on the legal soap opera Suits claimed the royals “dictated” her given name, Rachel Meghan, be removed from the birth certificate listing the mother and replaced with the title Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Sussex.

“When first filed after Archie’s birth on May 6, 2019, the document included the duchess’ given names: Rachel Meghan,” explains a source.

“A month later, they were gone and she was listed simply as ‘Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Sussex.’

“When the secret change recently surfaced, Meghan blamed the palace.
