The charming beauty and HELLO!’s gracious hostess, Madhoo Shah is a shining light of the silver screen having appeared in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films… her portrayals in Mani Ratnam’s Roja, Phool Aur Kaante with Ajay Devgn and Shankar’s Gentleman, earned her many accolades. Now blissfully married to business magnate, Anand Shah, she is the proud mother of two daughters, Ameyaa and Keia. “I will always be an actress at heart,” says Madhoo. “I love moments that involve deep emotions and exuberant celebrations and that’s why I love India – a country that always has a special occasion/festival during which family and friends gather together – the perfect reason to always be happy!” She goes on to say, “My life is a mixture of spending time with my family, meeting dear friends, practicing yoga and I enjoy going for long walks amidst nature. I strongly believe that if you have people to love and care for and who love and support you through different phases of life, then you are indeed blessed.”
Madhoo welcomes her haute guests into her home for a festive celebration this Diwali and the ladies assemble to admire the beautifully appointed environs as the friends greet each other with iridescent joy… reunited over an array of delicacies, glistening silver and gold accroutements and sparkling lights as the scent of marigolds and roses aromatically fill the air.
