DOLLY PARTON may never sing again!

Last year, doctors concluded the 74-year-old Nashville legend’s face had been partially paralyzed by Bell’s palsy, sources said — and disturbing NEW evidence leads them to conclude it is worse than ever!

Sources told The National ENQUIRER the “9 to 5” singer’s face is again partially frozen, and medical experts have warned she also may have suffered a ministroke.

Two disturbing video messages the country queen appeared last month — in which she thanked the National Guard for heroic efforts battling the coronavirus and congratulated Tennessee college graduates — showed her barely able to move her lips and struggling to get her words out.

“Dolly’s face has never been this stiff,” said a source close to the singer. “She seems only to be able to speak out of the right side of her mouth and her right eye seems to be permanently squinted.
