POMPOUS Gwyneth Paltrow’s neverending home renovations at her Montecito monstrosity are earning the Oscar winner the ire of her well-heeled neighbors, sources spilled.

The “Shakespeare in Love” actress, 48, bought two adjoining properties in the tony California town, including a 14,000-square-foot mansion she picked up in 2016 for $4.9 million.

Insiders claimed she intended to merge the estates and create her own personal Xanadu by the sea.

But tipsters dished her plans didn’t kick into high gear until a new wave of celebs — including Ariana Grande, Prince Harry and wife Duchess Meghan, Meg Ryan and Katy Perry — flooded the area.
