HEATH LEDGER AUTOPSY SHOCKER

HAUNTED Heath Ledger’s fatal overdose in 2008 was the final tragic chapter in a deeply troubled life, insiders dished, and The National ENQUIRER can finally reveal the actor’s shocking autopsy secrets and the heart-wrenching truth behind his mysterious death!

In 2009, the Aussie hunk won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his spooky portrayal of The Joker in “The Dark Knight.” But the flick was released nearly six months after the 28-year-old was found lifeless in his New York City apartment.

At the time, Heath had just wrapped the blockbuster, in which he starred as Gotham’s psychopathic criminal clown.

Sources said Heath’s $25,000-a-month rental was a chilling “shrine” to his big-screen character — filled with Batman comics, along with books on The Joker and clowns.

Investigators even found clown statues, recordings of Heath practicing his creepy Joker voice and an ominous Joker journal on which he’d written, “bye bye,” on the back of one page.
