We all know how hard it is to look after the pounds – especially in the current climate with energy bills skyrocketing and food prices rising. So if you’re looking for some ideas to incorporate into your life, TV presenter Anita Rani is on hand to help.

In each episode of Secret Spenders: Beat The Price Rises, Anita and her team film cash-strapped families to see where they’re going wrong.

“It’s about exposing the reality of what people are doing with their money, then helping them fix their financial problems. Usually, one partner from a couple gets in touch with us and tells us that they’re worried their partner is spending all their money,” Anita says.

“We arrive and do a deep dive into where the money is going. Usually it’s both individuals that have a part to play as to where their finances end up.”
