Lauren Goodger is bursting with excitement as she makes her way through the final stretch of her first pregnancy. The reality TV star is 33-weeks pregnant with her baby girl, and seems more content and settled than ever when we catch up with her.
“A couple of years ago I wouldn’t have wanted to dedicate my life to being pregnant, but now I’m not in that head space, so the last couple of years have changed me,” she tells us.
And just before our exclusive chat, Lauren and her boyfriend Charles Drury, 23, found out she can have the natural home birth she has always wanted.
“I can set up a birthing pool in my front room with candles, relaxing music and I’ll call the shots,” she says.
Although she’s clearly thriving in her third trimester, pregnancy hasn’t been an easy journey for Lauren. The 34-year-old has suffered severe bouts of anxiety, one of which resulted in a panic-stricken dash to hospital when she couldn’t feel her baby girl move.
But in a much happier place now, Lauren opens up about her joy about becoming a mum, embracing her pregnancy figure and why she’s thinking about getting pregnant again straight after the arrival of her little girl...
Lauren, you look gorgeous. How are you finding your changing pregnant body?
