Actress Louisa Lytton had admitted that filming the heartbreaking miscarriage scenes for her EastEnders character Ruby Allen left her worried that she could suffer the same experience.
The 32-year-old star is set to welcome her first baby with fiancé Ben Bhanvra later this year and filmed the difficult scenes during the early weeks of her pregnancy.
