AIl eyes were on Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy last week as their "Wagatha Christie" trial kicked off. But things soon took a very unexpected turn when Peter Andre was dragged into the court case along with his manhood.
Pete's name took centre stage in the trial after a 2004 interview in which Rebekah spoke about their alleged night of passion together was brought up in the courtroom.
In the chat, she talked about "having had sex" with the star and claimed that he was "hung like a miniature chipolata".
A source close to Pete, 49, has told new he's furious - and it has taken a huge toll on his personal life. "Pete is livid," our source said. "This whole thing has been really hard on him and the family, but it's made him think about the wider story - and that is that other people shouldn't be allowed to talk about others in this way.
"It's so discriminating to say this about a man - this kind of thing would not be said about a woman. His children have been asking what the story is about, which is really difficult."
The source adds that Pete - who is father to Amelia, eight, and Theo, five, with wife Emily, 32, as well as Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price, 43-was blindsided about what has happened.
"Pete wasn't told his name would be mentioned in a major court case and he feels it's totally wrong. This story has been regurgitated for 15 years and he's been biting his lip," they went on.
