Hi Terri! Do you feel body confident?
No, and I’m not sure any woman feels body confident, particularly mid-40s with two children like me. I became a vegan about a year ago and I’d say I’m probably in the best shape I’ve been post-children, but there are certain elements you can’t get away from. Gravity takes over and there are certain things you can’t fight, but I care less about it. There are bigger things to worry about.
