Not getting enough sleep each night can rob even the bubbliest person of their mojo, and leave them feeling, well, tired and cranky. ‘Evidence shows the happiness hormones serotonin and dopamine regenerate during deep sleep,’ Olivia says. ‘Missing out on quality rest compromises this innate process, which leaves you feeling flat and fatigued.’
