The World of Dance star follows one simple rule to stay trim

Jenna Dewan - Never Say Diet!

Jenna Dewan doesn’t believe in diets.‘I consider eating healthy a way of life because I feel better, plain and simple,’ the actress and dancer says. Instead she has one easy trick – sticking to around 1400 calories per day. ‘I keep it in balance, so I don’t have to crash diet,’ explains the former World of Dance host.

Naturally, dancing forms a big part of her routine as well. ‘I do a 35-minute hip-hop workout,’ says Jenna, who works out with celeb trainer Jennifer Johnson. ‘We mix it up so every workout is different,’ adds Jennifer. ‘We end every workout with a ton of abs work. Jenna likes to slide on the floor [using discs] instead of typical crunches, so we’ll work them in a million different ways – dancing and booty-popping planks to bridges, all kinds of stuff.’
