The amount of PDA and mutual gushing regularly exchanged between Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban seems like more than enough to sustain a relationship – but can it get the pair through an entire (US) summer apart?

The Hollywood duo, who often emphasise how family comes first, have shifted priorities and are about to be living separate lives. ‘Nicole and Keith are both so into their careers right now,’ spills a source. ‘No-one faults them for wanting to be successful, but it leaves so little downtime to be together as a family and, more importantly, as husband and wife. Work is their passion – but it’s also the thing that’s going to drive them apart.’

Nicole, 52, recently revealed that after her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2001, she was not only desperately lonely, but feared she’d never find her soulmate while ‘working all the time and flitting around the world.’

But then she met Keith, and after marrying in 2006, Nicole insisted that work come second to relationships and family, especially after the arrival of their beautiful daughters Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, eight.
