Celebs were out in force for the Pride of Manchester Awards last Tuesday and OK! was lucky enough to have a front-row seat at the emotional event which honoured inspirational figures who have done amazing things for their community.
Hosted by Kym Marsh, stars such as Mel B, Guy Garvey, Angela Griffin, and Fleur East presented awards to local heroes, who were recognized for their courage, bravery, and contribution to society.
Also in attendance at the event, which took place at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, were a host of soap stars including former Coronation Street and Strictly Come Dancing star Katie McGlynn, who told us that while she's in no rush to go back to acting, there are a few things "in the pipeline".
Emmerdale's Samantha Giles addressed her controversial comments surrounding the Meena Jutla storyline after she said "it's time for it to end".
