Katie Breaks Her Silence!

Katie Holmes is setting the record straight about her split from Jamie Foxx — and whether suri’s dad, tom cruise, is still in the picture

It seemed like the decision came out of nowhere. In late May — just weeks after they finally made their public debut as a couple at the famed Met Gala — Katie Holmes ended her more than five-year romance with Jamie Foxx. “Everyone seems to have their own theories about what went wrong,” says a source. “Some blame Jamie’s wandering eye. Others think Katie pushed too hard to take their relationship to the next level. They’re both so private, no one knows for sure what happened.”

But the truth’s about to come out. “Katie’s finally telling friends her side of the story — and she’s not leaving any details out,” a source tells OK!, adding that the Dawson’s Creek alum, 40, has confided in pals that Jamie, 51, betrayed her with dozens of women over the years, and that it was his lies and playboy ways that put an end to their toxic relationship for good. “Katie’s never been one to openly bash Jamie, but she’s been through hell. She wants to take charge of what’s out there.”

While Katie’s rep denies she’s speaking out, those close to actress say they’re extremely proud of her for fighting back. “It broke everyone’s heart to see her with a jerk like Jamie for so long,” adds the source. “They love that she’s finally sticking up for herself.”
