September is National Braai Month in South Africa and throwing meat on the coals is more than just a tradition – it’s the reason we’ve got tasty reality show The Ultimate Braai Master. Chef Benny Masekwameng is back alongside food superstars Justin Bonello and Peter Goffe-Wood, and saying that the action is sizzling is cheasy, “But so true! We’ve seen some truly innovative techniques and recipes this season,” says Benny. “That’s the best part of cooking – different people do things differently and you get amazing results! The best part is that we’re braaiing and the results are delicious!”
