BEST BODIES EVER!

Sonia Kruger, 56

‘I TAKE A MEASURED APPROACH’

You wouldn’t be the only one left incredulous by Sonia Kruger’s age-defying looks. The 56-year-old has managed to leave TV audiences gobsmacked for years as she continues to show off her amazing physique in mini-dresses on the set of The Voice and Big Brother.

Though the star admits she’s definitely had to make some changes since hitting her 50s. “We keep learning about our bodies as we grow older. I know now that I need good sleep and healthy food,” the mum-of-one recently told The Sunday Telegraph. “There were days in my younger years where I would never cook because I was always out and survived on pizza and champagne, but now I take a much more measured approach.”

Ada Nicodemou, 44

‘I LIKE MY CURVES’

After 21 years working on Home and Away, Ada Nicodemou has got keeping a beach body all year round down to a fine art. “Once I get my weekly schedule from work, the first thing I do is map out when I’ll exercise,” the actress has shared of her secrets to staying sizzling on the sand. “I will write this into my diary and basically set a date with myself. My workouts are time for myself, so they’re very important to me and always have been.”

However, fitting workouts in around her busy filming schedule, plus being a mum to 9-year-old Johnas, takes some serious dedication – with Nicodemou often getting up at 4.30am to squeeze in a half-hour sweat session before heading to set. “I try and exercise about three to four times a week,” the 44-year-old shared. “Sometimes more, sometimes less.”
