Kate Hudson - MY BEST BODY EVER!

Arriving by boat to a remote beach on the Greek island of Skiathos on June 13, Kate Hudson and her family caused a stir among the locals when they walked along the sand before settling in at a rustic seaside eatery for a lunch of freshly caught squid, sardines and Greek salad. “There were only four other people in the restaurant, and we recognised Kate’s party straight away,” an onlooker told the Daily Mail. “It was quite a surprise to see these famous people in a very down-to-earth place on a quiet beach.”

Famous actress or not, Hudson would have surely turned heads once she stripped down to her swimmers. The mum-of-three, who has never been shy about sharing her fitness journey with fans, appears to be in the best shape of her life. Hudson gained about 32kg while pregnant with son Ryder, 17 (and less with son Bingham, 9), and following the birth of daughter Rani, 2, she stepped on the scale for her Instagram story, telling followers she had a goal of losing 12kg to reach her 56kg goal weight.

“I enjoy being disciplined. I enjoy being athletic and I enjoy being active. So for me, it’s actually kind of a fun time to challenge my body again in certain ways,” she told WHO’s sister publication People magazine when announcing her partnership with WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) in 2018. “After pregnancy, getting your body back into shape for me – especially in fitness – finding my stomach muscles again and pushing myself a little bit harder sometimes are things that I enjoy.”

She soon reached her goal, but at the start of 2020, she lamented that she had gained back around 6kg. “Got on the scale … I wasn’t impressed,” she posted on Instagram. “But that’s OK because I know how to do this.”
