Homeschooling, bonding, and baking with her three kids, Kourtney Kardashian has admitted she’s gained a little weight during lockdown – emphasising that she has no problem with it.

During a virtual chat with colleagues from her lifestyle website Poosh last month, she shared how she dealt with snarky comments about her fuller figure after posting a bikini photo that sparked pregnancy speculation.

“I commented back and said, ‘This is the shape of my body, I’ve definitely gained a few pounds over this quarantine time, and I love my body and I’m proud of my shape’,” she said. “We’re all shaped differently, and that’s my body and I’m proud of it.”

But while she’s comfortable in her skin at any size, Kourtney has shared exactly what she does when she wants to tone up, and the workouts that could help you drop up to 6kg as we emerge from lockdown. On June 12, she posted a flashback bikini pic, taken by her supermodel sister Kendall Jenner, with a link to Poosh. “While a toned body doesn’t appear overnight, these three at-home exercises quickly tighten and define your core so you can feel your best this bikini season,” she captioned the sizzling snap.
