“Travelling for leisure, be it a holiday abroad or locally, is incredibly exciting, but there’s no doubt it can come with a unique set of stresses,” offers Sue Garrett, General Manager for Product and Marketing at the Flight Centre Travel Group. “Jetlag, frustration and anxiety can overwhelm travellers, especially in the festive season when airports and planes are busier than usual.”
