Sharing is not caring

Not another corona column. But this one isn’t about scaremongering, it’s about human behaviour – the good, the bad and the very ugly

At the time of writing there were more than 570 cases of coronavirus in Hampshire. That number won’t be accurate by the time you read this. Perhaps you can guess at the date I wrote this as a bit of isolation fun?

Joking aside this column is not going to be doom and gloom. We’re already scared, we already know it’s serious, and we have all seen the stories of people without pre-existing health conditions, who are not elderly, who have passed away. So enough of that.

I have seen with my own eyes the way it has brought out the very best in some of us. But dear God it has also unearthed some truly appalling behaviour.
