Fire Up Borders With Orange Sparks

WORRIED, perhaps, that it might look garish, many gardeners are wary of using orange. But it’s worth making friends with this bold, cheerful colour – not because it’s so fashionable but because a few splashes could really revitalise your borders.

Garden designers love including orange in planting schemes – either for mellow terracotta warmth or for a punch of vibrant tangerine. In both guises, it lends a contemporary, feel-good tone to any garden scheme.
